(More customer reviews)Removed catalytic converter exhaust flange studs with ease with this tool, PB Blaser and a breaker bar. The star points grab onto the stud and tighten as you loosen. Will damage the stud threads slightly and will need to be replaced with new studs though. Tool can also be driven with an air ratchet which I didn't have to test out that feature. You will need to about 3 inches diameter of room around the bolt though. Unit has some weight to it and has a small hole where you can put oil into it I guess since it did not come with care instructions which is why I took a star off and for the expensive price. It cost twice as much as similiar tools. Tool stamped with Germany on the side and the Germans have a rep for quality products. You get what you pay for, right?
