(More customer reviews)The cards I ordered were fine - they were exactly what I'd expected. What I didn't expect was the crummy shipping method chosen by the seller, Brybelly. Cards were shipped via UPS and then transferred to the USPS - it took 15 days to receive my order. I was also very disappointed with Brybelly's customer service when I tried to find out what had happened to my order. It took 2 emails and several calls to Brybelly's customer service line to get someone (anyone!) to talk to me -- seems they don't actually work the 8a-6p EST M-F that they say they do. In the end, I just wanted them to comp me the full cost of shipping since the method they chose was so poor - a mere $5.95 (on a $7.99 order) - and they wouldn't do it because "they'd lose money". How about losing customers? Clearly, it's not that important to them...
